Using Active Rinse Aid in your dishwasher is easy. Simply add it to your dishwasher's rinse aid dispenser and let it work its magic. You'll notice the difference in the shine and cleanliness of your glasses and dishes after the first use.

Active Rinse Aid is perfect for use in New Zealand workplaces, where clean and sparkling glassware and dishes are essential for creating a professional and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're running a restaurant, cafe, or office kitchen, Active Rinse Aid ensures your glasses and dishes are always ready for use.

Orders that are over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders that are $50 and under, a small order service fee of $6.00 will be applied (these numbers all exclude GST).
If any item you receive is faulty or damaged we'll either refund, exchange or replace the item (which option depends on what the item is and what the best answer is for you). For change of mind returns we have a 30 day window in which you can do that, with a restocking fee of $7.50 per order and some terms and conditions (must be in original packaging, not damaged etc).
Technology items have a shorter return window and must come back within 14 days. Other items are not able to be returned and these are denoted by our “not returnable” icon.
