Art Series paper BioCups are manufactured using a Aqueous water dispersion coating. BioPak paper cups are certified home compostable (AS5810).

Biopak have transitioned the entire production of Art Series cup range to feature Aqueous lining instead of PLA. These cups are now officially certified as home compostable according to Australian AS5810 standards. As we phase out our existing inventory, it's possible that you might still receive cups in a PLA bioplastic-lined carton. Rest assured, both the carton and the cups inside are clearly labeled with home compost certifications, allowing you to easily identify the stock you've received.

Orders that are over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders that are $50 and under, a small order service fee of $6.00 will be applied (these numbers all exclude GST).
If any item you receive is faulty or damaged we'll either refund, exchange or replace the item (which option depends on what the item is and what the best answer is for you). For change of mind returns we have a 30 day window in which you can do that, with a restocking fee of $7.50 per order and some terms and conditions (must be in original packaging, not damaged etc).
