One of the key features of these bags is the option to choose between 'No Signature' or 'Signature Required' on delivery. This allows you to customize the level of security and tracking for your shipments. If you opt for the 'Signature Required' option, the recipient will need to sign for the package upon delivery, providing an extra layer of assurance.

In a New Zealand workplace, these Courier Post Prepaid bags can be used in various scenarios. For example, in an office setting, they are ideal for sending important contracts, legal documents, or confidential files. In a retail environment, these bags can be used to securely ship small products or samples to customers. They are also suitable for sending personal items or gifts to friends and family.

Please note that if you are sending the package to a rural address, you must include a rural courier ticket as well. This ensures that your package reaches its destination without any issues.

Orders that are over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders that are $50 and under, a small order service fee of $6.00 will be applied (these numbers all exclude GST).
If any item you receive is faulty or damaged we'll either refund, exchange or replace the item (which option depends on what the item is and what the best answer is for you). For change of mind returns we have a 30 day window in which you can do that, with a restocking fee of $7.50 per order and some terms and conditions (must be in original packaging, not damaged etc).
Technology items have a shorter return window and must come back within 14 days. Other items are not able to be returned and these are denoted by our “not returnable” icon.
