Prima's delicious Fairtrade hot chocolate is made up of blend of organic cocoa and sugar and is great when served hot or cold.

Pop the bag in your compost - the films that make up this bag are certified compostable to the EN13432 standard. They are made from renewably sourced wood pulp and corn sources that break down in a composting environment containing heat, water, oxygen, soil and micro-organisms.

Orders that are over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders that are $50 and under, a small order service fee of $6.00 will be applied (these numbers all exclude GST).
If any item you receive is faulty or damaged we'll either refund, exchange or replace the item (which option depends on what the item is and what the best answer is for you). For change of mind returns we have a 30 day window in which you can do that, with a restocking fee of $7.50 per order and some terms and conditions (must be in original packaging, not damaged etc).
Technology items have a shorter return window and must come back within 14 days. Other items are not able to be returned and these are denoted by our “not returnable” icon.
