When using the TENA Comfort range of shaped incontinence pads, TENA Fix will keep them securely in place. The reusable and breathable fixation pants have a seamless design that minimise pressure points. That will ensure a both comfortable and reliable leakage protection through the day and night. The TENA Fix fixation pants can be washed at 60 degrees up to 50 times, followed by gentle tumble-drying, without losing their shape. The latex-free fixation pants are made from 96% polyester and 4% elastane and helps to promote healthy skin.

Orders that are over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders that are $50 and under, a small order service fee of $6.00 will be applied (these numbers all exclude GST).
If any item you receive is faulty or damaged we'll either refund, exchange or replace the item (which option depends on what the item is and what the best answer is for you). For change of mind returns we have a 30 day window in which you can do that, with a restocking fee of $7.50 per order and some terms and conditions (must be in original packaging, not damaged etc).
Technology items have a shorter return window and must come back within 14 days. Other items are not able to be returned and these are denoted by our “not returnable” icon.
