Anne-Marie took over from Joe Taylor (NXP CEO 2018-21) early in 2022 after Joe returned to Australia. She has a 20+ year history of leading high performing teams, growing and optimising large, complex businesses and was previously Group GM of Hally Labels, a trans Tasman label manufacturer of a similar scale to NXP.

You can be sure Anne-Marie will be bringing her set of values to the company. They're nothing fancy, just old fashioned manners: greetings, farewells, respect for elders, care for visitors, thinking of others. It is her strong view that excellent businesses are able to achieve their commercial objectives and treat people properly along the way.

Anne-Marie lives in Auckland, with her husband and two teenage children. Albeit Anne-Marie confesses to being pretty-much a workaholic, they do have a holiday spot in sunny Northland and from time to time you'll find her visiting family and friends in the picturesque Cambridge, where she grew up.
