nxplanet. Sustainable choices

Why choose NXPlanet

At NXP, we take our commitment to sustainability seriously. We have seen the dangers of greenwashing, and we are determined to do better - that is what led us to curate the NXPlanet range. Every product that appears under the NXPlanet banner needs to measure up to our ethical sourcing standards, as well as meeting at least one of our environmentally/socially responsible criteria.

But NXPlanet is not just about the products. It also gives you the tools to easily transition your workplace to a measurably sustainable future.

Recycling Programmes

Body Recyclable Wall-Mounted Whiteboards

We don't want our whiteboards ending up in a landfill, so we are committed to preventing waste and we ask our customers to support us on this mission. When you are finished with a whiteboard, instead of throwing it away send it back to us and we will recycle it for you. Our team will break down the boards and make sure all components are recycled.

ImpacTex Textile Recycling

NXP is proud to partner with ImpacTex, where your old uniforms and workwear are diverted from landfill, extending the life of textiles to create exciting new products.

Textiles are sorted, hardware removed, shredded and transformed into a 100% recycled textile panel - our unique Retex product. Retex replaces a wide variety of convential single use materials such as corflute, polyurethane foam, PET plastics as used in signage (indoor and outdoor), packaging, protection, acoustic panelling, decorative panelling and even merchandise displays.

'Fit for wear' or reusable items are donated free of charge to trusted local charities with their approval through the ImpacTex Charity Partner programme.
